Overview of Initial steps

1. Patient contacts Jatawell Group Limited
2. Patient fills a form with essential details such as the type of medical help being sought
3. Patient information conveyed to our medical director who becomes the case manager.
4. Case manager then recommends treatment plan based on information provided. He might ask for
5. Further information – notes, x-rays, basic questions
6. A virtual meeting may be held to discuss complex issues
7. Patient then decides to proceed or not
8. Once the patient agrees to continue with the proposed treatment, another form to be filled which would cover concierge services
9. Detailed proposal and contract with costs will then be provided to patient
10. Once an agreement is signed with the patient, we will handle all aspects of the patient’s care – travel, accommodation to treatment and return. We will also help with visas if needed and provide help for family members to travel. (Please we have to define the sort of help referred to here) this would the same help with travel, accommodation, interpreter etc
